Ghee rice mix is a basmati rice mix with spices in a bag, which makes it easy to cook flavorful rice dish in less than 20-30 minutes. The rice mix has basmati rice, dried onions, raisins, cardamom, cumin seeds, cloves and cinnamon. The recipe on the back of the bag is easy to follow. You can add nuts if you like while cooking or even mix some vegetables to make puloo.
