Tamarind Chutney (Sweet Sour and Spicy Chutney)
Tamarind chutney is very popular chutney that goes well with samosa and pakoras. It is an excellent condiment to dip any fried snack. This chutney is made with tamarind puree, apple puree, sugar and spices, hence tastes great as marinade for meats or use it as sauce over cooked meats.
Cilantro Chutney
This chutney is made with fresh cilantro, jalapeno, hint of mint and wonderful spices. This is excellent medium spiced chutney to use as dip for samosa and bondas. You can use this chutney as base for many varieties of green curries. Use it in wraps like salsa or add mix it with tomatoes and onions to make salsa.
Cilantro Mint Chutney
This chutney is made with fresh cilantro, jalapeno, mint and wonderful spices. This spicy chutney is a very popular condiment to dip any chips or patties. It is very flavorful chutney. Mint Chutney (NEW)
This spicy chutney is a very popular condiment to dip any chips or patties. It is similar to our cilantro mint chutney but has stronger mint taste with extra spice taste. This chutney is hot by itself, so add some water if you are using this as dip. You can also add small quantities of this chutney to salsa to make it more flavorful. This is great chutney to make mint Puloo. You can also serve this chutney mixed with some plain yogurt.
Mango Chutney – Sweet and Spicy
This chutney is sweet yet spicy as the name suggests. Mango chutney can be used as spread, dip or marinade or finishing sauce over meats. We have created this unique chutney with ripe mangoes, Bengal spices (panch puran – 5 spices, which includes fennel, nigella seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fenugreek), red chili powder and cooked in sugar syrup.
This chutney is medium in spice taste.
Major Gray Mango Chutney
We have cooked unripe green mangoes with sugar, ginger, and aromatic spices. This chutney goes great with crackers and cheese. Serve it with flat bread or make curries with this sweet, tangy and delicious chutney.
